Components Made from High-Performance Materials

Hempel Special Metals has been an internationally active supplier of high-performance materials for many years. In our Service Center, we process these materials precisely according to customer specifications. Manufacturing is carried out on modern machines and is certified according to EN 9100 and ISO 13485.

At our Swiss Service Center, in addition to laser and waterjet cutting, we also offer the following processing methods:

• Combined laser punching
• Forming, e.g., deep drawing, countersinking, thread machining, and much more
• Bending
• Grinding, deburring, and tumbling

On our versatile production machines, we manufacture lightweight components and semi-finished products for final assembly. In particular, we process highly alloyed stainless steels, titanium, and aluminum.

Our focus is on demanding customers in aerospace, medical technology, tunnel construction, and energy technology. For these applications, we keep suitable materials in the appropriate qualities and dimensions in stock.
